Papa Bucks BBQ was created in 2007 as a mobile food truck in Twin City Georgia. Later, we started selling BBQ to students at Georgia Southern University. After much success, we then decided to open a restaurant in Metter, Georgia. Over the years, we have grown and continue to cook mouth-watering Smoked “Q” to our customers just like we did the very first day. Our business has grown, but we keep tradition and taste consistent by using a secret family recipe of the one and only Papa Buck who is the owner’s great grandfather.
